Discount Rules

​

  • New Clients: First-time clients receive 15% off any package or membership with their first purchase.​

  • Seasonal Packages: Offer limited-time discounts (10–20%) for special packages around holidays and seasonal transitions.

  • Bulk Buy: Buy 5 sessions, get 1 session free (can be used for any modality).

  • Loyalty Rewards: After purchasing 3 packages or 12 membership sessions in a calendar year, clients receive a $25 credit for future services.

  • Referral Discount: Refer a friend who books; both referrer and new client receive 10% off their next session/package.

  • Birthday Bonus: Members receive 20% off one session the week of their birthday.

Terms & Conditions

​

  • Package Expiration: Packages expire 12 months after first use. Unused sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred (one transfer allowed per year, $10 fee).

  • Membership Unused Sessions: Unused monthly sessions roll over for up to 3 months; after that, they expire.​

  • Pause/Cancel Membership: Memberships can be paused for up to 2 months per year. Cancelation requires 15 days’ notice; unused sessions expire 90 days after membership ends.

  • Refund Policy: Full refunds for packages/memberships available within 14 days of purchase if no sessions are redeemed. No refunds after sessions are used or after the 14-day window.

  • Rescheduling/Cancellation: 24-hour notice required to reschedule or cancel without penalty. Late cancellations may incur a $30 fee or loss of session.

  • Gift Cards & Credits: Gift cards are non-refundable but transferable. Membership session credits may be gifted three times per year for a $10 transfer fee.
