We’re located at 523 Hilltop Plaza Suite 29, Virginia Beach VA 23454 serving Virginia Beach,Norfolk and nearby areas. Hours: M-W 9am-3pm and Sundays by Call/email/Text appointment—perfect for early birds and evening wind-downs.
What are membership benefits and pricing?
Memberships provide value with $20 upgrades to 90-min sessions, 10% off add-ons, priority booking, and one yearly guest pass. Unused sessions roll over 3 months; cancel with 15 days’ notice to avoid expiration after 90 days.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Reschedule with 24-hour notice to skip $30 fees or session forfeiture. Refunds for unused packages within 14 days; no refunds post-session start
