With a heart dedicated to healing, my journey began at the Cayce/Reilly School of Massage, driven by a simple goal: to create a nurturing space where everyone feels supported, valued, and inspired to thrive. I'm certified in Craniosacral Therapy through Upledger Institute, and specialize in Myofascial Release and techniques designed to bring deep relaxation, relieve pain, and promote overall well-being.
